Assistance with integration

1. Selection and application
  1. Fill out our application form
  2. Choose the preferred university and programme (for the current tuition fees, please contact us)
  3. Interview with the Global Talent team
  4. Payment of the Global Talent program application fee. This fee includes:
    1. admission fees
    2. visa fees
    3. Global Talent services (facilitating the application process, organizing various training courses – visa coaching, intercultural training, maintaining contact with the university and students, assisting students throughout their stay in Hungary).
  5. Administrative and financial conditions
    1. English language skills (BUT we can offer an English course to students)
    2. Responsible person’s bank account
  6. Documents to be provided to the university
    1. Passport valid for at least 1 year
    2. Authentic or legalized photocopy of 6th grade humanities report card (officially translated into English – if not in English originally)
    3. Authentic state diploma or legalized photocopy (officially translated into English – if not in English originally)
    4. English language certificate
    5. Physical fitness certificate (in English)
    6. Curriculum vitae (in English)
    7. Letter of motivation (in English)
2. Visa application

Required documents:

Means of transport: Air ticket reservation → provisional only, based on academic dates (departure no more than 4 days before the start of the academic year)
Certificate of achievement original language and in English + notarised
5th-6th grade bulletins original language and in English + notarised
Diploma original language and in English + notarised
Vaccination card (yellow fever, Covid-19 vaccinations and others)
Letter of support from the Foundation for Africa prepared by Global Talent
Bank statement (please mark regular entries, such as salary, etc.) → N.B. please use the same account if possible from the start of the process in which even transfers academic fees may appear. A savings account is an added value.
Certificate of financial capacity (issued by the bank, showing the viability of the sponsor’s bank account and the current balance equivalent in EUR or USD)
Letter of commitment (assumption of liability) in English + notarised

Source of income

  • Certificate of employment,
  • Other sources of income,
  • Property rental, land register,
  • Declaration by parents, motivation by parents + parents must declare apartment financing from official sources
 in English + notarised

 

3. Welcome and integration

The Global Talent program offers intercultural training before students travel to Hungary.

We also provide assistance and facilitate logistics for students (e.g. help with booking plane tickets, organizing transfers within the country).

Accommodation is provided by the universities, but if you have other needs, we can help you find a new place to stay.
