We assisted five students in their application procedure for the academic year of 2023/2024. We provided assistance from the very beginning. We prepared them for the entrance exam, we helped in collecting and translating all their needed documents for the visa application and we also provided them with guidelines on how to succeed in the visa interview. Thanks to this preparation, all five students successfully received their visas. 

Afterwards, we also gave them intercultural training in order to well prepare them for their stay in Budapest, Hungary. We conducted the training in person, both in Kinshasa (for the applicants from DR Congo) and in Brazzaville (for the applicants from the Republic of Congo). It was a nice and an informative couple of hours over the course of which the students received all the necessary information on Hungary, the Hungarians and they even learnt a couple of useful phrases in Hungarian. Of course, there was much more left to learn, but this occasion still gave them some idea on what to expect and how to behave in the new environment.)
